By signing this Quality Control Report, the undersigned QC Inspector and Production Manager acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Full Quality Responsibility: The signatories accept complete responsibility for the quality inspection results documented in this report and certify that all inspections have been conducted thoroughly and accurately.
2. Vendor Rejection Liability: In the event that the vendor/customer rejects the products due to quality issues that were not identified or were inadequately documented in this inspection report, the signatories accept full responsibility for any financial losses, damages, or costs incurred by OVO Luxury Signature.
3. Customer Complaint Responsibility: If any customer complaints arise regarding product quality, style, measurements, defects, or workmanship that should have been detected during this inspection, the signatories acknowledge liability for resulting damages, returns, refunds, or business losses.
4. Financial Liability: The undersigned accept personal and professional responsibility for any financial losses, including but not limited to: product replacement costs, shipping expenses, refund amounts, customer compensation, reputation damage, and loss of future business opportunities resulting from quality failures not identified in this inspection.
5. Accuracy Certification: The signatories certify that all information, measurements, defect counts, and assessments documented in this report are accurate, complete, and represent the true condition of the inspected products.
6. Authorization: By signing below, both parties confirm they have thoroughly reviewed this report, understand the implications of their signature, and accept full responsibility as outlined above.
